“Blood vs. Water” Ranks To Be One Of The Best Season of Survivor
“Blood vs. Water” was, no doubt, one of the best seasons of Survivor. The added dimensions of playing with loved ones, whether together, or against them on opposite teams was really a genius move by the producers, writers, and developers of Survivor. In 13 years and over 27 seasons, they have been able to keep the game fresh and interested. Fans of the shoe still love it; and I encourage any Survivor fans that did become disenchanted for any reason in the past, watch this season, because you will not be disappointed and you can fall in love with this amazing show all over again.

Tyson Apostle
Of course, Tyson is the MVA for the finale and, essentially the entire season; he played an excellent game. I really thought that Laura M. was the only one who might have had a shot at garnering more votes than Tyson, but I think we all pretty much knew that if Tyson made it to the final jury vote, that he would be the winner and sole survivor. He played an excellent game for all 39 days and in the end, he won the challenges when he really needed to. We know now, in hindsight after the Reunion Show, that Gervase would have taken the first opportunity he had to vote Tyson out before the end, so those last wins were crucial for Tyson. Looking back at Tyson’s motivation for winning once his girlfriend Rachel was voted out of the game pretty early, it is very interested to see how his drive and determination took over and led him to a victory.
Reunion Recap and on to Next Season!
It was very nice to see all the Survivor contestants on stage for this season’s reunion show. Many players and fans felt neglected and left out for being made to sit in the audience at last season’s reunion show. I hope they continue to keep honoring all of the players this way. Catching up with the players after the show is one of the best ideas; I always wish that it was longer. Love, light, and peace go out to Tina, Katie and their family. Who guessed what next season’s theme is after the teaser? I picked up on the three B’s right away: Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty. It will be an interesting dynamic once again! Looking forward to another unique season next time around and glad to see they are heading back to the Philippines, I hope that the show’s presence there helps rebuild after Typhoon Haiyan.
